crap drawings are surprisingly hard to draw.
i tried to mimic the Johnny Shen (whose done most of the deerpeople artwork) just enough to have my sketches fit in with their style. I did sketches of all the members, but the only two who ended up recognizable. are alex and kendall... I can probably post more soon, but brennan really needs to make his face easier to draw before i can get his up.
Sweet sketches! I really like deerpeople! great band!! It's always hard to draw people you know. but, you did a sweet job!
ReplyDeleteI like drawing the main lines of people's face upside down from a picture. It might help you, so you focus less on the actual face, and more on the shape. :)
